Values at home are usually learnt by watching the people around you, and are taught to you by the people that are your main caregivers. They may depend on a religious backround, but most family values are...
`
Honesty and Trust
Honesty means telling the truth no matter what consequences you may face. An honest person does what he says he is going to do and never lies, cheats, or steals. The consequence of honesty is trust.
Respect
Having respect for someone means you think good things about who a person is or how he/she acts. You can have respect for others and you can have respect for your self. In a family situation this usually includes your parents, grandparents, and siblings.
Empathy
Empathy is the abillity to imagine how someone else is feeling in a particular situation and respond with care.
Generosity
Generosity means to be able to share, weather it be food or toys. You can also show generosity with your time by helping others.
Caring
If you are a caring person you would show concern and empathy for others. This doesnt just mean towards friends and family, but also other children you may not be friends with that may need help.
